Vitara HD Rear Axle Halfshaft Kit - Longfield™

Big tires and low range gears often lead to broken rear axles.  If you are worried about breaking your stock rear axle shafts, these Longfield™ rear axle shafts are the perfect solution. The Longfield™ Rear Axle Shafts are made out of forged 4340 chromoly steel and are built to withstand the harshest trails. New axle studs and Longfield™ axle decals are included.

Note:  Axles are 4-bolt style.  Check your axles before ordering.  If you have 5-bolt style axles, you will need to obtain early model brake backing plates (not included) in order to use these axles on your vehicle.

Additional Parts Needed:  You will need new bearing retainers when installing this kit.  We recommend that you purchase and install new rear axle bearings, retainers, and seals when installing this kit.
